It was more of a vocation than a career move that lead them to becoming involved in a care agency. Swiftly learning about satisfying clients' care needs and about how the good carers strive to deliver exceptional standards of care while juggling families, travel and a very busy lifestyle.

During this time they came to understand and empathise with the frustrations from both sides of providing care - a client's need for care offering good value for money and a carer's need to earn a sustainable income that fits in with their lifestyle.

We set up Carers Direct, creating a web-based introduction service, whereby people seeking care could confidently identify and approach skilled and compassionate care assistants, while bringing benefits to both. Our site introduces carers for Live-In Care, Hourly Care & Over Night Care.

We want great care to be easily accessible and good value for money and we believe together we can make the quality and delivery of care, a great deal better.
